Жилая Недвижимость Как Объект Осуществления Оценочной Деятельности

Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы оценки жилой недвижимости. Проводится анализ определений жилья, данных в законодательстве, приводится авторская редакция понятия «жилая недвижимость». Кроме того, выдвигаются предложения по созданию классификации жилой недвижимости, позволяющей решать задачи, стоящие перед оценщиком при реализации сравнительного подхода.
