Abstract

Рассматриваются весьма актуальные проблемы повышения значимости времени в современных условиях как фундаментального фактора хозяйственной жизни. Обосновывается концептуальный подход к анализу феномена времени, которое рассматривается особым параметром, определяющим поведение экономических субъектов и структурирующим экономическую действительность. Показывается уникальная роль фактора времени как регулятора институциональных и технологических изменений, что является важнейшей предпосылкой успешного решения узловых проблем экономического развития и государственного регулирования малого предпринимательства в современных условиях.
