Abstract

В условиях высокой конкуренции перед предприятием стоит задача поиска доступных источников информации о функционировании внутриорганизационных процессов и их результатах, открывающих дополнительные возможности повышения качества продукции, развития процессов. Одним из таких источников являются поступающие на предприятие претензии. В статье отражен процессный подход к организации претензионной работы на предприятии, рассмотрены основные элементы процесса управления претензиями и функции управления претензиями.
