Abstract

Исследование теоретико-методических аспектов деятельности субъектов малого предпринимательства в системе государственного и муниципального заказа является актуальным для рыночной экономики. В статье рассмотрены современные подходы к определению сущности и роли малого бизнеса в экономике. Приведены и систематизированы параметры и преимущества малого бизнеса как формы предпринимательской деятельности. Особое внимание уделено проблемам и перспективам участия субъектов малого бизнеса в поставках товаров (работ, услуг) для государственных и муниципальных нужд. Даны рекомендации по совершенствованию форм и методов участия субъектов малого предпринимательства в системе государственного и муниципального заказа.
