Abstract

Increase of volumes of consumer crediting is first of all consequence of high rates of a social production, growth, well-being of citizens of the country. Increase of its efficiency in many respects depends on the decision of some problems, including from a transparency at the announcement banks to clients of size real percent rates. These and other problem questions are the main contents of given article.
