Abstract

Статья посвящена применению процессного и ситуационного подходов при разработке компенсационных систем. Автором делается попытка представить процесс разработки системы оплаты труда в виде универсального алгоритма. Определяются наиболее значимые характеристики системы оплаты труда и влияющие на них факторы.
