Abstract

Проблема корпоративного управления является актуальной для современной России и стран с переходными экономиками и рассматривается как фундаментальная проблема управления бизнесом. Высокое качество корпоративного управления является одним из условий привлечения инвесторов. Однако трактовка категорий «корпоративное управление», «корпорация» неоднозначна. Существуют различные подходы, точки зрения к определению данных понятий.
