Контрактная Модель Развития Предпринимательских Отношений В Коммерческих Структурах При Потребительском Кредитовании

Abstract

Специфика кредитования в коммерческих структурах позволяет сделать вывод о контрактной основе взаимоотношений между тремя участниками процесса: коммерческой структурой, кредитной структурой и потребителем. Следовательно, неизбежно возникает необходимость согласования интересов участников при выработке основных условий заключаемых соглашений с целью развития отношений между предпринимательскими, кредитными и коммерческими структурами.
