Особенности Международных Расчетов По Договорам На Оказание Транспортно-Экспедиционных Услуг

Abstract

Развитие международных транспортных перевозок в современных условиях связано с ростом производительных сил любой страны и внешними ее связями. В статье проанализировано использование различных видов перевозок в рамках исполнения договоров купли-продажи товаров. Представлены особенности организации расчетов и техники проведения транспортно-экспедиционных услуг. Даны рекомендации по составлению договоров на оказание услуг перевозки, которые позволят участникам расчетов избежать некоторых сложностей с банком при оплате за транспортные услуги.
