Abstract

Раскрываются основные проблемы крупных промышленных предприятий и неэффективность их управления на примере одного из ведущих научно-технических предприятий г. Омска, а также необходимость их перехода на процессное управление. Представлена концепция адаптации процессного управления к специфике машиностроительного предприятия г. Омска, основным направлением деятельности которого являются научно-исследовательские и опытно-конструкторские работы.
