Abstract

В статье представлены результаты изучения трудовой мотивации людей, работающих по найму, на примере различных предприятий Тюменской области; выявлены и вычислены интегральные оценки производственной ситуации на обследованных предприятиях, связанных с различными трудовыми мотивами работников; представлены оценки относительной справедливости системы оплаты труда и изучено их влияние на трудовую мотивацию различных групп работников обследуемых предприятий.
