Abstract

Подчеркивается значимость кадрового потенциала банков, которая возрастает в условиях кризиса и необходимости реализации антикризисных мер. Предложены результаты авторского исследования показателей кадрового потенциала коммерческих банков Свердловской области. Рассматриваются основные компоненты трудового потенциала банков. Делаются выводы об актуальном состоянии кадрового потенциала анализируемых банков.
