Abstract

Осуществлен анализ бухгалтерских процедур и налогообложения в сфере лизинга недвижимости. Описаны основные этапы отражения на счетах бухгалтерского учета лизинговых операций, связанных с начислением налоговых платежей. Выявлены проблемы, препятствующие эффективному выполнению данных операций. Даны рекомендации участникам лизинговых сделок по снятию конфликтных ситуаций с налоговыми органами.
