К Вопросу Об Институциональной Природе Государственно-Частного Партнерства

Abstract

В статье на основе неоинституционального подхода предложен алгоритм выбора механизма удовлетворения потребностей государственного сектора, путем сравнения государственно-частного партнерства с чисто государственными и чисто частными формами производства общественных благ. Рассмотрена проблема оппортунистического поведения в государственно-частном партнерстве. Намечены некоторые подходы к решению проблемы выбора между стандартным и консолидированным контрактом, возникающей при использовании механизма государственно-частного партнерства.
