Abstract

Посвящена исследованию зависимости видов контрактов от вида инновации и степени её специфичности. Представлены теоретические предпосылки, а также гипотеза о данной зависимости. В подтверждение высказанной гипотезы приведен анализ трех контрактов компании ООО «ЭлТек-96», сферой деятельности которой являются научные исследования и опытно-конструкторские разработки, позволяющий выяснить, подтверждается ли на практике выдвинутая гипотеза.
