Аутплейсмент Как Инструмент Антикризисного Управления

Abstract

Кризисное развитие российской экономики обусловливает нестабильность в функционировании предприятий и организаций, их ликвидацию и реорганизацию. А это, в свою очередь, предполагает увольнение персонала. Наименее безболезненным способом является аутплейсмент, который позволяет помочь увольняемому работнику трудоустроиться на основе применения рекрутинговых технологий. Однако его распространение в России имеет определенные сложности, связанные с законодательством и менталитетом работодателей.
