Abstract

В хронологической последовательности рассмотрен процесс развития содержательной части понятия «холдинг» с выделением понимания термина в узком и широком смысле слова. Установлено различие экономического и правового содержания терминов «холдинг» и «холдинговая компания». Уделено внимание вопросам несовершенства регулирования деятельности холдинговых объединений, существующего в российском правовом поле. Исследованы цели и основные задачи, решаемые в процессе создания холдингов. Предложена обширная классификация холдинговых структур, позволяющая понять сложность и разнообразие их внутренней организации.
