Abstract

Статья посвящена разработке системы планирования новой техники: описывается место планирования новой техники в системе управления малого высокотехнологичного приборостроительного предприятия, представлен подход к оценке эффективности плана новой техники, выделены основные требования к плану и предложен алгоритм планирования новой техники на малом высокотехнологичном предприятии.
