Abstract

В статье освещаются актуальные проблемы дискриминации в сфере труда и занятости мигрантов из стран СНГ. Приводится аналогия подобных проблем в мировой практике трудовой миграции. Авторы приводят правовой и экономический аспект термина «дискриминация на рынке труда». Анализируется практика и перспективы преодоления рассматриваемого явления в России.
