Abstract

Качественные продукты питания, в том числе из свинины, важны для современного человека. Китай является крупнейшей страной в мире по производству и потреблению свинины. Свиноводство играет важную роль в животноводстве Китая, представляя одну из самых динамичных отраслей сельского хозяйства. С ростом требований к сохранению окружающей среды и ресурсов данная отрасль нацелена на стандартизированное крупномасштабное развитие с учетом экологических факторов, что обеспечит безопасность продуктов животноводства, сохранение окружающей среды, экономию ресурсов и повысит комплексную эффективность животноводства.
