Abstract

Как сообщалось в предшествующем выпуске нашего журнала, в декабре 2015 года в Вологде состоялась VII Международная конференция «Стратегия и тактика социально-экономических реформ», которая была приурочена к 25-летию со времени основания ИСЭРТ РАН. В ходе пленарных заседаний конференции были заслушаны и обсуждены доклады известных российских ученых, руководителей обществоведческих изданий, а также представителей органов региональной и местной власти. Большой интерес у участников конференции вызвал доклад доктора экономических наук, профессора главного редактора журнала «Экономист» С.С. Губанова. Ниже излагаются основные положения этого доклада, затрагивающие ключевые вопросы решения экономических и социальных проблем, вставших на нынешнем этапе развития России.
