Исследование Участия Общественности В Охране Окружающей Среды Китая

Abstract

Участие общественности является важным принципом и одним из основных факторов охраны окружающей среды. В её защите очень важную роль играют экологические неправительственные организации. В данной работе анализируются основные принципы, цели и проблемы участия общественности в охране окружающей среды в Китае. Исследуются также причины недостаточного участия общественности в охране окружающей среды; предлагаются пути решения проблемы исходя из таких аспектов, как правовая защита, развитие неправительственных экологических групп, расширение возможностей для участия общественности, улучшение её осведомленности в сфере охраны окружающей среды и разработка системы раскрытия информации о состоянии окружающей среды и т.д.
