Abstract

3 декабря 2015 г. Президент РФ В.В. Путин в очередной раз обратился к Федеральному Собранию с Посланием. По итогам его анализа эксперты отметили встревоженность и озабоченность главы государства в отношении эффективности выполнения озвученных им приоритетных задач развития. В.В. Путин уже неоднократно призывал Правительство в кратчайшие сроки реализовать действенные меры по конкретным проблемам. Однако этого не происходит, и поэтому, на наш взгляд, озабоченность Президента вполне оправданна. Большую тревогу вызывают тенденции социального здоровья регионального общества, отмечаемые по результатам последних исследований ИСЭРТ РАН.
