Учащаяся Молодёжь Города И Села На Урале: Проблемы Социально-Поселенческой Ассимиляции

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы миграции сельской молодёжи в города в контексте социально-поселенческой ассимиляции, предполагающей сближение образа жизни различных больших и малых социальных групп, проживающих в различных типах поселений. Автор анализирует место и значение социального окружения в становлении поколенческой культуры молодых селян, формировании их ценностных ориентаций в сфере жизненного самоопределения. В статье проводится мысль, что успешное стратегическое социально-экономическое развитие (процветание) больших городов, особенно городов-миллионников, должно быть тесно увязано с их ответственностью за адекватное развитие малых городов и сельских поселений с целью воспроизводства и сбережения трудового потенциала сельскохозяйственного производства в регионе и достойного образа жизни всех акторов этого производства. Размышления и выводы автора опираются на результаты ряда сравнительных социологических опросов городской и сельской молодёжи, проведенных им в 2008-2014 гг. в различных городах и сельских поселениях ряда субъектов РФ, входящих в Уральский федеральный округ.
