Государственные Инвестиции В Адресные Программы Социальной Помощи

Abstract

В статье анализируется роль ежемесячного детского пособия в бюджете малоимущей семьи. На материале Республики Коми дается сравнительная оценка муниципалитетов по доле детей, на которых назначено ежемесячное пособие, в общем числе детей. Выделены пять групп территорий по уровню социальной защищенности детей в возрасте до 18 лет. Определено слабое влияние ежемесячного детского пособия на бюджет семей с детьми, особенно в сельских районах республики.
