Abstract

В статье содержится обзор таких основных тенденций финансового обеспечения социальной сферы России, как рост объема финансирования, опережающее наращивание пенсионного обеспечения, сохранение приоритетной роли централизованных источников и сглаживание межрегионального неравенства. Представлен сценарный прогноз финансирования социальных систем до 2020 г., согласно которому решение главных задач ближайших лет – адаптации к демографическим изменениям и устранения диспропорций в оплате труда – потребует объединения усилий государства, бизнеса, граждан и самих работников.
