О Роли И Месте Общественных Палат В Контексте Концепций Гражданского Общества И Социального Капитала

Abstract

В статье сделан обзор концептуальных основ теорий гражданского общества и социального капитала. Дан анализ взглядов Р. Патнэма – одного из наиболее авторитетных современных теоретиков гражданского общества. Выдвинута гипотеза о возможном позитивном влиянии государства на становление гражданского общества посредством специальных фасилитирующих процедур. Рассмотрена деятельность общественной палаты Вологодской области как пример становления особой практики – кооперативной конфронтации, служащей как реализации интересов развивающегося гражданского общества во взаимодействии с властью, так и формированию конструктивной гражданской культуры.
