Abstract

В настоящее время инновации рассматриваются как основной фактор экономического роста региона, что признается и государственными органами, и научным сообществом. В связи с этим одной из важнейших научных проблем является оценка вклада инновационного фактора в развитие экономики региона. Представленные в литературе исследования этой проблемы базируются на использовании аппарата производственных функций моделей Кобба Дугласа, Солоу. В статье предлагается осуществлять оценку вклада инновационного фактора в развитие экономики региона на основе оценки различных аспектов эффективности инновационной деятельности эффективности инновационных проектов, инновационной активности предприятий региона, эффективности управления инновационными процессами в регионе. Для комплексной оценки предлагается сопоставлять прирост ВРП и затраты на инновации в регионе, рассматривая их в динамике.
