Abstract

В статье изложены основные положения подготовленного нами доклада о стратегии экономического развития и представлен системный подход к анализу состояния и перспектив развития российской экономики в условиях глобальной нестабильности. Рассмотрены предложения по осуществлению целостной системы мер государственной политики развития и модернизации экономики на передовой структурно-технологической основе, реализация которой позволит ускорить темпы экономического роста и перейти на инновационный путь развития.
