Проблемы Совершенствования Межбюджетных Отношений Региона С Федеральным Центром

Abstract

В статье представлено исследование проблем межбюджетных отношений субъектов федерации и федерального центра. С помощью общенаучных методов проведён анализ финансового взаимодействия регионов Северо-Западного федерального округа и федерального центра. Определены положительные и отрицательные стороны развития межбюджетного взаимодействия этих регионов и направления его совершенствования. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы федеральными и региональными органами государственной власти при формировании бюджетной политики в сфере межбюджетных отношений.
