Abstract

В статье рассматриваются возможности применения программно-целевого метода в регулировании регионального развития. Показано, что в основе разработки экономических стратегий лежат те же подходы, адаптированные к условиям длительной перспективы. Приведены этапы и некоторые программные мероприятия Стратегии социально-экономического развития Мурманской области на период до 2025 года.
