Abstract

Востребованность образования для развития человеческого потенциала в инновационной экономике, демографические проблемы российского общества и реформирование системы образования заставляют задумываться о развитии и внедрении новых форм обучения. Одной из них является E-Learning. Концепция электронного обучения соответствует новой парадигме «образование через всю жизнь», а также является наиболее эффективным инструментом для развития информационного общества и инновационной экономики.
