Разработка Методики Формирования Антикризисной Стратегии Управления Оптовой Торговой Организацией

Abstract

В данном исследовании разработана методика формирования антикризисной стратегии управления непосредственно оптовыми торговыми организациями. Решение данной проблемы актуально на сегодняшний день, так как в отечественной и зарубежной литературе отражен опыт антикризисного управления только на промышленных предприятиях. В исследовании сформулированы и систематизированы факторы, дающие импульс развитию организации в условиях кризиса и являющиеся основой предложенной методики. Учтены также риски, связанные с реализацией методики антикризисного управления. По результатам исследования сделаны выводы.
