Условия Устойчивого Развития Сельского Хозяйства Республики Коми (На Примере Периферийных Районов)

Abstract

В статье дана оценка устойчивости сельского хозяйства периферийных районов северного региона в дореформенный и трансформационный периоды. Показано влияние рыночных преобразований на динамику агропроизводства. Выявлены факторы и условия, сдерживающие устойчивое развитие сельского хозяйства удаленных территорий. Для обеспечения устойчивого развития отрасли предложен комплекс организационно-экономических мер, включающих обновление сельскохозяйственного законодательства, усиление государственной поддержки сельхозтоваропроизводителей, закрепление квалифицированных кадров в отрасли, формирование на селе многофункционального хозяйства, создание современных систем планирования, прогнозирования и научно-информационного обеспечения.
