Abstract

В статье на основе данных эмпирического исследования, проведённого ИСЭРТ РАН в Вологодской области в 2012 году, рассматриваются особенности трудового поведения населения региона. Анализируются основные социально-демографические и социально-экономические характеристики типов трудового поведения. Предложена дифференцированная система мероприятий по повышению эффективности труда.
