Abstract

Деятельность современного судоремонтного производства отличается значительной неупорядоченностью, динамичностью, аритмичностью, специализацией рабочих мест, сложностью и разнообразием задач, решаемых управленческим персоналом. Исходя из этой специфики следует не только комплектовать персонал судоремонтного предприятия, но и осуществлять процесс планирования производственной деятельности работников, что невозможно без использования современных экономико-математических методов. В частности, использование законов трудового баланса способствует более реалистичному, объективному планированию, предвидению сбоев в реализации планов и оптимальному реагированию на их возмущение.
