Налогообложение Как Механизм Регулирования Неравенства Населения

Abstract

В статье содержится анализ налогообложения населения в странах с плоской и прогрессивной шкалами налогообложения. Источниками информации для исследования стали материалы периодической печати по теме исследования, а также федеральные и региональные (по Вологодской области) статистические данные о заработной плате, доходах и налогах, уплачиваемых населением. Показано, что существующие в России перераспределительные механизмы не только не сокращают неравенство населения, но и способствуют его увеличению. Автором предлагаются направления корректировки механизмов перераспределения.
