Социально-Экономическая Оценка Особо Охраняемых Природных Территорий (На Примере Заказников Республики Коми)

Abstract

Проведена комплексная социально-экономическая оценка семи заказников регионального значения на территории Республики Коми, включающая рассмотрение трёх составляющих: экологической, социальной и экономической. В ходе анализа природных условий, особенностей и состояния особо охраняемых природных территорий определено их влияние на эффективность резерватов. Выявлены существующие социально-экономические проблемы территорий, прилегающих к заказникам. Представлен перечень экологических услуг территорий и проведена их экономическая оценка. Выделена вариантность подходов к учёту фактора времени проблема дисконтирования.
