Abstract

В статье на материале Республики Коми рассмотрены параметры и особенности предоставления медицинских и образовательных услуг в северном регионе. Дана оценка проблем функционирования основных элементов территориального каркаса социального сервиса, обусловленных низкой плотностью, большими расстояниями и плохой связанностью пространства. Направления пространственного развития обозначены в контексте развития центров медицинских и образовательных услуг разного типа и укрепления взаимодействий в сети.
