Abstract

В статье рассматриваются теоретические аспекты и критерии устойчивости территориальных систем с учётом как объективных условий неоднородности экономического пространства, связанных с географическими и природными факторами, так и субъективных, обусловленных историческими тенденциями и особенностями государственного регулирования. Особое внимание уделено северным регионам, в том числе с позиций образования природной ренты и межбюджетных отношений.
