Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению проблем, препятствующих инновационному развитию России. Приводятся статистические данные, негативно характеризующие психологическое состояние и социальную сферу современного российского общества. Обсуждается неопределенность ценностных ориентиров в практике государственного управления. Определяется, что закономерные демографические проблемы порождают экономические и геополитические проблемы. Разрешение этих проблем возможно только движением по пути инновационного развития. Определяется специфика понимания инновационного образования. Рассматривается действительное место инновационного образования в системе подготовки кадров, в том числе и кадров по управлению и экономике. Обсуждаются потенциальные проблемы экономики как науки.
