Abstract

В статье рассмотрено применение концепции стейкхолдерского менеджмента в управлении функционированием и развитием территориальных подсистем субрегионального уровня для обеспечения баланса интересов между основными субъектами территории. Уточнено понятие субрегиона и его стейкхолдеров, определены основные их группы. Предложен организационно-ролевой механизм управления реализацией стратегических документов, который позволяет обеспечить межфункциональные и информационные взаимодействия между основными стейкхолдерами субрегиона, а также определить их проектные роли и функции.
