Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные тенденции социально-демографических показателей трудовых ресурсов Российской Федерации и Республики Беларусь. Проведено межстрановое сравнение состояния и динамики трудового потенциала, представлены результаты локальных исследований, показаны общие проблемы, региональные особенности и пути решения накопившихся проблем. Особое внимание уделено влиянию здоровья на развитие трудового потенциала населения, показаны оценки населением значимости здоровья и здорового образа жизни в трудовой деятельности.
