Abstract

Трудовой потенциал региона характеризуется численностью и здоровьем населения, прогрессивностью его возрастной структуры и степенью экономической активности, уровнем и структурой занятости ресурсов труда, их профессиональной компетентностью, а также происходящими в этих характеристиках изменениями и факторами, их обусловливающими. В статье рассмотрены тенденции изменений в количественных характеристиках трудового потенциала Республики Коми за период после переписи 1989 г., оценены современное состояние трудового потенциала республики и уровень его использования.
