Abstract

В России происходят радикальные перемены, которые охватывают все стороны жизни общества. Они вызывают проблемы в обществе и способствуют возникновению конфликтов в различных сферах жизнедеятельности. Ключевым моментом, формирующим напряженность в обществе, является уровень жизни населения. В общественно-политической системе происходит трансформация института собственности, общественных условий жизни и социально-политического устройства общества. Эти изменения повлекли за собой эволюцию ментальности населения. Анализ и управление процессом трансформации всех систем позволяет снизить напряженность в обществе.
