Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы оценки потенциала и формирования культурно-рекреационной сферы на уровне страны, региона, муниципального образования. Раскрыты позиции международного подхода к оценке конкурентоспособности сектора туризма и путешествий и обозначены тенденции его развития в России. На материале Республики Коми дана характеристика ресурсов и поставлены задачи формирования регионального туризма, а также представлен опыт анализа предпосылок развития и конструирования культурно-рекреационного комплекса муниципальных районов.
