Abstract

В статье подчеркивается важность роста потребления плодово-ягодной продукции до норм, рекомендованных медициной, для повышения здоровья населения. Анализируются современные тенденции и основные направления развития рынка плодово-ягодной продукции в северо-западных регионах России, охватывающие его государственную поддержку и регулирование, ценообразование, конкуренцию.
