Abstract

Следуя теоретическим позициям академика А.Г. Гранберга, автор рассматривает фундаментальную проблему пространственного развития в увязке с размещением производительных сил. Каждая из трёх позиций пространства Севера (циркумполярная, широтная и меридиональная) актуализирует определённые аспекты региональной политики, а именно её арктический вектор, регулирование норм и нормативов социальной и производственной деятельности, укрепление интеграции по линии «Север-Юг» ради формирования полнокровного внутрироссийского рынка.
