Устойчивое Развитие Аграрного Сектора Зоны Севера: Состояние, Факторы, Направления

Abstract

В статье дан анализ устойчивости сельского хозяйства северных территорий в дореформенный и в трансформационный период. Показано влияние аграрной реформы на динамику производства продукции растениеводства и животноводства, изменение производственного потенциала, рассмотрены показатели потребления продуктов питания населением субъектов Севера, финансового состояния сельскохозяйственных организаций. Дана оценка влияния реализации приоритетного национального проекта «Развитие АПК» на устойчивость аграрного сектора. Выявлены факторы и условия, сдерживающие устойчивое развитие сельского хозяйства. Для обеспечения устойчивого развития аграрного сектора предложен комплекс мер, включающих обновление сельскохозяйственного законодательства, модернизацию производства на основе применения новейших технологий, усиления государственной поддержки сельхозтоваропроизводителей.
