Активизация Деятельности Субъектов Малого Предпринимательства Как Необходимое Условие Развития Региона

Abstract

Одним из проблемных вопросов укрепления позиций сектора малого и среднего предпринимательства в целях развития региональных социально-экономических систем является вопрос их поддержки и стимулирования. В работе оценивается вклад малого и среднего бизнеса в социально-экономические процессы региона в условиях действующих мер государственной поддержки. Одним из вариантов решения проблем является совершенствование законодательства в налоговой сфере и в области инфраструктурной поддержки предпринимательства. Информационную базу исследования составляют статистические материалы Федеральной службы статистики. Для обоснования результатов использованы статистические и экономические методы анализа.
